Our Scholarship Procedure
"Karataş Group Companies" scholarships are given to successful students who need financial support and do not impose a repayment or service obligation. Scholarships are transferred to the student's bank account for 9 months between October and June. The scholarship application date is between September 1 and October 15.

Scholarship application conditions:

* To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,

* First of all, one or both of the parents have passed away and need financial support,

* Not to be over 25 years old,

* To be an undergraduate student, (except for open education)

* To need financial assistance for their education,

* Not to have received disciplinary punishment,

* To be a successful and exemplary student

* Not to be working in a regular job that generates income,

* Not to receive a non-refundable scholarship.

Scholarship continuation conditions:

1. Scholarships of students who successfully continue their education continue within the normal education period in the education program they are registered in, starting from the date they start receiving the scholarship

2. Scholarships provided to undergraduate students are paid for a maximum of one academic year in the preparatory class.

3. Scholarship recipients must send the original documents regarding their education and achievement status from their schools twice a year in September and February each year.

4. Scholarships of students who do not submit the information and documents requested by the Company Management on time, who fail, who receive disciplinary punishment, whose relationship with the school is terminated or who are determined to receive a scholarship from another institution will have their scholarships terminated.

5. The end-of-year success grade must be at least 60 out of 100, 2.5 out of 4,

6. Scholarships cannot be given to more than one person from the same family

7. The right to scholarship cannot be transferred in any way.

8. Any changes in contact information (address, telephone, e-mail) and account number must be reported without delay.

9. In case of absenteeism, the scholarship is canceled; However, in case of interruption of education due to illness or excuses based on official documents, the decision to extend or not to extend the scholarship period belongs to the company's board of directors"

10. The scholarship amount is determined according to the school the student is studying at, his/her department, success and the financial situation of the family

* Documents Showing the Income Status of the Family (Salary Slip Approved by the Workplace, Photocopy of the Retirement Card Showing the Retirement Month for Retirees, Photocopy of the Income Tax Return for Freelancers, Incomelessness Certificate from Sgk for those without income)

* Photocopy of the Lease Agreement for Those Living in a Rent

* Title deed copy for those who have their own house

* Certificate of population registration copy

(Scholarship application documents must be sent with the application form by filling out the application form and attaching the documents to the additional file.)
